Bourbonnais, Ill. – Sophomore Ayobami Arokoyo (Schaumburg, Ill./Schaumburg) broke his own school record in the Shot Put with a toss of 15.04m and finished in second place for the Saint Xavier University men's track & field team at the Olivet Nazarene University (Ill.) Invitational last Saturday afternoon in Bourbonnais, Ill. His throw is the third-best this season in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC). He also had a 2nd place finish in the Discus with a throw of 45.34m. No team scores were recorded at the event.
